ファイターズガールのダンス中に、三塁側からトレードマークの長い前髪と白い衣装の貞子が現れると球場がどよめきに包まれた！
そんな中、投げた球はノーバウンドで捕手のミットに収まり、スピードガンで９８キロを計測した。
貞子はしゃべることができないため、関係者を通して「１００点満点です。リングシリーズも２０周年の節目。進化した呪いを感じてもらえたと思う」とコメントしたという・・・
